I am not very good at handling pressure in a knockout situation in a tournament with the fear that I will end up losing the tournament.
And that’s what always happens with me.
The fear increases with every tournament.
Pls help me handle the situation.

This is common so this that you opponent is probably also feeling similar emotions.
First think about how you can play better rather than focusing on the result of the match. Allow yourself to play strokes with good technique. The results will come.
