Hi, coach!

Sometimes I like to play with fast OFF+ carbon blades, but sometimes I like to play with slow 5-ply woods. So I plan to own 2 rackets.

I like fast OFF+ carbon blades because I can win some players who plays with high speed, and fast OFF+ carbon blades really help to win topspin rallies.

I like slow 5-ply woods because of its high control.

Will varying 2 rackets damage my game (technique/feeling) if I use them in different tournaments?

I am not planning to use both rackets in a same tournament. I think it is hard to adapt. But what if I use in one tournament? Will it damage technique/feeling?

Hi Ardak,

I think it would be better to stay with one racket.  It does take a little time to adjust between two rackets.  Not necessarily for the bigger shots such as your topspins but more for the return of serve and touch on your own serves as well.

If you did want to use both give it a try a few times and see if you can adjust quickly enough.

I was not sure. I was feeling that staying with one racket is better. And you suggested that. Thank you, coach!
