I am left handed and having trouble pushing on forehand.  I get it too high, what angle do I have to have on my racket? Horizontal or slighty angled?

Hi Joseph,

You should have your bat tilted slightly back so that you are brushing under the ball.  This will generate a little backspin and also keep the ball lower.
