Dear Jeff,
5 years ago while playing table tennis I fall down and broke broke my head of radius unfortunately underwent an operation and the head taken form my elbow...now 8 months ago I again started to play...here is my question; table tennis is part of my life and I really don't want to give up it again, for the time being everything going smoothly no pain, no disability etc...to secure the current condition what would you suggest:(
I am using elbow supporter (bauerfeind) right now...
please built my morale and dont say give table tennis up

Hi Umut,
That sounds like a serious injury. You need to get proper medical advice to make sure you are able to play without doing any other damage. Your health needs to be the first thing.
Just make sure of this first and then work on your strokes as much as you can.

Most drills involve one person performing the exercise and the other placing the ball as required by the exercise. We call this person placing the ball the controller. When you are acting as the controller it is a great opportunity to practice your blocking and concentration. As blocking is an important part of the game you should be 100% focused at this time. You also owe it to your training partner to be blocking effectively so they get the most from their exercise.
