Sir, i'm around 175 cm or 5 feet 8 inches tall. what are the advantages and disadvantages of it. if there is a disadvantage how to work on it.

by the way i'm only 13 years old. many are saying that i would grow above 6 feet, probably around 6'5.

Hi Earl,

The good thing about Table Tennis is that there are World champions that have been of all different heights.  Tall players have the advantage of a better reach but they may have problems in the middle area where they need to move to get position.  To get better at this you need to work on your footwork especially around the middle area by moving sideways to give yourself more space to play your shots.
