Hi PingSkills, wanna ask about the problems when doing High Toss serve

that's when I do High Toss, the ball go forward, the second is, sometime i can't hit the ball when the ball falling down, then when i throw it, it came down to my face and i can't hit it. and also i can't control my power when i do high toss. if i hit it with less power, it'll hit the net, if i hit it more power, it's go out or the ball is high

so can you let me know how to control the problem of the high toss serve and also let me know how to do a great and right high toss (how high the ball i must throw when i do the high toss, how much the power, how fast i hit it, etc)

also what problems again when i do the high toss ? if there're more, can you tell me how to ignore that problomes ?

please for the answer :D

thank you ^^

Hi Frendy,

Sounds like some practice time coming up.  Firstly practice the toss without trying to hit the ball.  If you start to get the toss right then you can think about hitting the ball.  It is difficult to get the timing of the contact right because the ball is falling from a greater height.  Again this is a matter of practice to get it just right.  I think the High Toss serve is a rewarding serve that could be used more in the game.

Just persevere with it.  Remember serving takes a long time to get perfect.  Practice, practice and more practice.
