Hi Nimesh,

The main thing with these serves is to get the throw correct.  Make sure you can throw the ball up and get it to come down exactly where you want it to.

Then the second thing is the contact.  Let the ball fall onto the bat and just make a forward brushing action, brushing right at the base of the ball.
