Hitting too hard

i always hit the ball forcely and it goes out of the table i cant resist the force in my hand as i use to play badminton before.  What exercise  u can advise to me for this problem

Hi Honey,

Think about getting more topspin on your strokes.  If can generate enough topspin then you can hit the ball as fast as you want and still get it to land on the table.

Go back to the Lesosn on the Forehand Topspin.  This will help you.
