Hello Alois And Jeff,

Every so often i get shots that are just lower than the table, I can't hit these shots though, they are so hard! When i do hit the ball it will either hit the table/ net or go really high which leads to a smash, How can i return these shots like you's (just above the net really low and fast)? How can i bring the ball up to a lower standard than normal shot?

Thanks :)

Hi Kenny,

One of the keys is having soft relaxed hands.

Another thing to focus on is to put some topspin on the ball so that it dips quickly after it gets over the net.

Don't try and get too much speed on the ball to start with.  Focus on getting it low with topspin.  After a while you can start to try and get some more speed with it as well.
