Strokes
Dear Sir Alois,
Pingskills is very helpful for me in learning pingpong.Thank you for all the efforts that you have put in. I practiced the advice that you gave me in my last question and it was very helpful but now how do i make my movements faster?like footwork, hitting the ball and etc. what exercises do i need to do for me to speed up movement?
Again Thank you so much sir
Hi Jake,
Just do the movements more frequently and relax through them. Then focus on keeping the strokes the same but moving through the strokes faster.
