I don't know how to these tricks:
Rolling the ball side to side (Trick serves video)
Catching the ball (practicing alone video)

Hi Chris,
The Rolling the ball trick is quite easy after some practice. There is one trick to it. Try to throw the ball up and follow the ball with your bat. When the ball is at the top of the throw, roll your bat over.
With the Catching the ball there is a similar principle You need to follow the ball as it is dropping and slowly decelerate the bat to catch the ball.
All sounds simple... but with a bit of regular practice you will be able to do it.
