Hi, I can do a strong forehand, but I can't do a strong backhand and I've got fear to do the backhand because with my friends the ball comes slowly. How I can do a strong backhand with the ball slowly?

Hope you answer.

Hi,

The main thing is to make sure that your technique fo the stroke is correct first.  Take a look through the tutorial on the Backhand Topspin Against Block.  Then work on the speed of the stroke.  This will ensure that the ball starts to travel faster.  You can also take the ball little earlier off the bounce to give your opponent less time.
