Hi Coach,
Thanks for your guidance. I am playing TT for last 2 years. I just want to ask you how can we decide which blade & rubbers is suitable for me ? I am very good at back hand & blocking but struggling in forehand & backhand topspin. I changed my racket but i have not improved that much. Right now i am using Joola carbon blade with Tibhar Volcano at both sides.Please suggest me a good blade & rubbers.

Hi Gajanan,
I would just change the rubber. Do you find the current bat too slow or too fast?
It may just be that you need more time to train to improve more.

Thanks A lot Coach :). I would like to ask you one more question i am struggling in forehand & backhand topspin.How can overcome this problem?? How do I practice alone to improve my topspin?
Hi Gajanan,
It is difficult to practice these strokes by yourself. You can hit against a wall but it is much better if you find a partner to practice with.
Tae a look at the strokes we show you in our Strokes & Technique section. Look at the Forehand Topspin Against Block and the Backhand Topspin Against Block.
