Hi,
This happens to the best of us.
Don't worry about it. It will still mean that you are improving. Often the prblem comes because we change our feet position. When we concentrate on one side, we tend to turn slightly to that side. For example if a right hander starts to practice a lot of backhands they will tend to subconciously turn a little with their right foot forward. Just be aware of this.
Make sure you practice some drills using both forehand and backhand sides. Like one to the Forehand and one to the backhand in a pattern. This will help with the change from one side to the other.
Keep practicing both strokes and you will improve.
Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
