I always use my backhand more than my forehand and now I need to use my forehand but I can't.  Any advice to grow an aggressive forehand?

Hi Ryan,

Firstly change the position of your feet to be a little more side on to the table and then start to commit to using the forehand more in the rally.  Each time the ball comes to the forehand side, make sure you are playing a forehand stroke.  You can do this in practice matches first.
