I would like to ask, how to hit the ball so fast and bounce it on the other side of me. Please I have a match on 1st November... and I'm afraid... but at the same time... I'm excited.

Hi Dayana,
The key to hitting the ball fast is to get the racket moving fast on contact. You also need to get the whole of your body moving in a coordinated way so that you help your bat to move fast.
For the match though think more about getting a lot of balls on the table. That is what will win most matches.
