Lately,when I strike the ball ,I always double think.

I always ask myself if I am gonna push or smash the ball.

So, I wanna ask you guys how to overcome striking the ball.

Hi Jan,

If the ball is going to bounce twice on the table then you can push it.  If it is going to only bounce once then you should try to topspin the ball.

Only if the ball is really high then you should try to make a smash.
