How to play a topspin smash

Sir, I usually play by chopping and my backhand is a bit weak. So whenever I chop on my backhand, my opponent smashes it off by a topspin which I find hard to counter even by chopping. Is there any other way to counter it?

The key is to stop them from playing that fast ball.
