How to play attacking in start of the game. How to cool down the player in start by playing attacking.

Hi Shreyans,

One of the keys is to make sure you warm up well.  You should go into the first point ready to play the point with the intensity that you would play the last point of a match.

Then focus on taking advantage of each ball that comes long to you.  It doesn't have to be  strong attack but by making the first topspin, you will make it more difficult for your opponent to attack.
