I have a problem playing a chop with backhand.....it always goes into the net.

Hi Sajawal,

Take a look at our lessons on the Backhand Push and the Backhand Chop strokes.  These should give you a good idea of the strokes you will need when you want to do a backspin stroke with your backhand.

The type of spin can be backspin, sidespin or topspin depending on your choice. You need to make a movement after hitting the ball to confuse your opponent.
