How to practice alone

Hi ,

I have a table set in my office but don't have any colleague to play with , do you have any idea how to practice alone .

Hi Lane,

You could put half the table up against a wall and hit with it.  You could also try to train someone to play a little with you.

Practice your serves.  This is something that can be done well by yourself.

We will make a lesson on practicing by yourself in the future.
