This requires close attention to the spin of the ball. Aim to return the serve with a flat stroke or a hit back spin measure, depending on the spin of the ball. The ball will always have sidespin moving in the direction the racket finishes.  So counteract this you need to aim towards the other side.  The tricky part is that they can vary the spin on the ball between backspin and topspin.  You have to watch for this and either come over the ball if it is topspin or push under it if there is backspin.
