How to stay low in table tennis

how does Andreas Levenko stay really low for the whole game I have never seen any player stay as low as him also what physical training must he be doing to stay in that position all game and have such good footwork?

Hi Tam,

To stay low you need strong legs to start with.  Exercises like squats can be good to increase leg strength.  Also doing a lot of footwork drills will help you to strengthen your legs and maintain the position.
