Hello,

I'm having trouble tracking a fast ball and as a result i often anticipate the upcoming ball and of course i can't return the ball with good quality or worse i can't hit the ball.  What do i do with this?  Thank you and have a good day :)

HI Jake,

This is something that you can work on in training.

Spend some sessions doing just that.  Start off hitting the ball slowly, and see how well you can watch the ball.  I find a good way is to look for the label on the ball while it is in flight.  IT is difficult to spot, but by doing this you will start to see the ball better.

This is an important skill to develop and one that isn't given enough time usually.  Like everything, it takes time and practice.  It is something you need to train otherwise it can't get better.
