Hey Coach,

I lose almost all my matches due to my lack of ability to play proper and good backhand strokes.

Could you please suggest how to increase my backhand ability?

Hi Anand,

The most important things are technique and practice.

Take a look through our lessons on the Strokes & Techniques page.  You will find a few Backhand related lessons there that you can watch and try to copy.  Then get out onto the table as much as you can and practice these strokes.
