Training
How to serve with no table? my tournament is starting in three days and i need to train serve but i have no normal table home. Have you any ideas you can share?
Hi Felix,
It is not ideal just before a tournament but to get the feel of the contact you can hit the ball onto the floor and see how much spin you are getting by seeing the flight and curve of the ball once it hits the floor.
Close to a tournament it is definitely better to be serving on a table to get the real feel of where the ball is going.
In this session we get you to vary the amount of spin you put on the ball. Disguising the amount of spin on the ball will make it much harder for your opponent to return your shots.

plz make a vid its ok to lose becuse many pepole when they lose they quit playing table tennis.
That is a good point. Jeff did an interview once with Richard Leea former New Zealand champion and one of his bits of advice is that players give up too early.
