Apparently whenever I go to the sports hall it is really really hot in there and the moment I step into the sports hall I would start sweating a lot. Then when I play it feels like I'm playing worse than in a training club or in school. So does humidity affect your training or something?
Hi Jasper,
It can have a physical effect however it can also affect the performance of the rubber. It may make the rubber less grippy because of the moisture.
The best thing to do is to make sure that you are wiping the rubber down every few points to remove the moisture build up due to the humidity.
It's important to structure your training sessions. Find out how the professionals arrange their training and how you can get the most from your sessions.
