i have problem with my wrist. i move it before the coup. i put up the racket in the counterhit. it's bad. what can i do?. excuse me my english.

Hi Miguel,

At the start of your stroke pretend there is a torch at the top end of your bat.  This torch needs to point straight out to the sidewall. It sounds like you have two movements.

Keep this still until the ball bounces on your side of the table.  Then play your stroke completely and finish in the correct position.  You don't need to lift your wrist at all for the counterhit.  Focus completely on keeping it still.

Hi,

If I understand your problem/question correctly, than this might help you...

Squeeze the grip of the bat firmly with your pink.
(pink = smallest finger on your hand :)

It sounds stupid but it prevents your wrist from moving.
