I need some explanations about how to ring the best racket for me

Sometimes I rent some rubbers and blades to see which is the best for me but sometimes I find that the expensive rubbers are not always better I feel like Tenergy 05 is better than a lot of other more expensive rubbers and the stiga 5 stars rubber is better than Tenergy 05 hard so can you help me decide the best options of good rubbers and blades.

Hi Abdulrahman,

A rubber is not necessarily better for you if it is more expensive as you have found.  Go with a rubber and blade that feel right for you.

However, as we always talk about, that is only a small part of the puzzle to getting better.  The much larger part is how hard and well you train.
