Hi Rajeev,

They are already in use. Most National associations would be using them now.  They are using them at all the International events already.

At a club or State level, it is up to each club as to when they want to implement the new ball.  I think it is good to implement it for the top grades now and then you can think about the other grades as the ball becomes more readily available and cheaper.
