HELLO SIR!!

Can u pls suggest me, how to increase my stamina?

Actually i m not in touch with my game since two years and now i get tired very early. i can do anything to improve it..

Hi Jasmeen,

The best ways are to do some aerobic exercises like running,. riding a bike or swimming.  You should do these for a minimum of 20 minutes.  You don't have to do them very fast, but try to keep going for the full 20 minutes or more.  You can then build this up as you improve.  You should seem professional help with this sort of thing if you are going to do excessive exercise.

Riding a bike can help to increase my stamina?

So why I can ride more than 30 km with no or only minor breaks ( at traffic lights etc.) continuously without getting tired,sometimes even more if I am not riding against the wind (Three or four times I have managed to ride over 80km with only one bigger  (20 min) break in the middle.),but in table tennis,I get tired very quickly,sometimes three or four loops
can tire me to the point that my legs start to shake?

Any idea what is the difference,why is this happening?

I daily travel to my club on bicycle and I almost ride it for 30 to 35 minutes. I was not aware that it increases my stamina.

How about doing jump rope? Could that help?

Hi,

what do you think is the time that one is able to jump rope that one can safely say that one's stamina is enough for playing 4-5 games of table tennis?

It is quite different because Table Tennis is much more stop and start.  Aim for 5 minutes to start with.
