Hey coach , my of my collegues told me frequently that to strength my hands and to make my topspins and other strokes more powerful I have to do push ups regularly ..... so can you tell me the right manner to do push ups or any other drills to increase  my hand power .

Hi Tushar,

I am not sure of the value of push ups specifically for Table Tennis.

I don't think hand power is a huge factor.  Push ups may be good for general strength.  If you want to do things more specific for Table Tennis take a look at Strength Conditioning for Table Tennis and Weight Training Specifically for Table Tennis as a guide.

#9 - Forehand Attacking Technique

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
