After serving, my opponent is pushing or chopping it then I use the topspin to return it but when they return my topspin, when I hit it, it is still slow, how can I make it faster?

Hi Byron,

It is great you are using the third ball attack. It sounds like you are developing some good consistency. To increase the speed of your attacks, you need to get your bat moving through quicker whilst still maintaining the integrity of your stroke. In other words, don't change your stroke but get the bat moving faster. You can do that by using you legs, your waist, your shoulders, your arms and your wrist. Let your whole body help you.
