Hello, god day sir. i am patrick, and my question is that how to return your play while you have an injury because i have a fractured hand so what i must do to stay healthy from my injured finger? thanks :)
Hi Patrick,
First make sure that you allow your hand to get better. That is the most important thing.
I would rest it until you are allowed to play. If you make it worse now, it will take longer to get back into playing properly later on.
Against defenders you've generally got a bit more time to make your attack and so you can be more selective on which ball to target. Think about finding your opponent's weaker side and whether they prefer a faster ball coming towards them or a slower ball. Try different spins, speed and placement! uhm, sir how can i visit your place? :)) another question is that how to return a fast sidespin serve? because i have an oppponent like that.
