is it ok to play on hard surface

i do all my aerobics,plyometric and table practice on hard cement surface every day for at least for 2 hrs .Will it harm my legs and leg bones in anyway? if yes what precautions can i take.?? is it ok to tie some weight and both legs while practicing to improve lateral movement and reaction time.??pls advice.Thanks.

Hi Loveleen,
I am not an expert on this but I have found when I have trained on hard surfaces it does effect my legs especially. I find I get sorein the shins after training.
As far as training with weights around your legs, this can help for strengthening but it is quite different a movement when you are carrying extra weight.
