Your email caught my eye, and I wanted to clarify something.  Would the logic still apply to doubles or do rallies tend to last longer in doubles?

Thank you for all you do

Hi RJ,

Rallies tend to be about the same length in doubles. The serve and return are still of equal importance.

The serve in particular is crucial as the receiver only have half the area to cover.
