Keep same rubber or not

Hi, can you tell me when replacing the rubbers do many people use the same

rubber for attack & defend , or change the defend rubber for moderate use

Hi Phil,

You can use a slower inverted rubber to both defend and attack. Something like a 1.5mm Mark V rubber can work for this.
