Hello Alois,

Whenever I try to loop the ball or topspin the ball I've noticed that it's easier to loop whenever I get lower. I am able to have more leverage on the ball. Is this a good solution?

Hi Todd,

This is definitely a good idea.  By staying low you can utilise your legs and body better during your stroke and also maintain balance to be able to move for the next ball.

By staying low you also keep your eyes more still allowing you to track the ball more accurately.
