Hi Alois and Jeff,
I do a lot of practice with my backhand and forehand topspin with knees bent enough and my knees are too tired. Do you have any exercise that can strengthen my knees?

I think strengthening your legs will help here. You should probably go to a gym and get some professional help. Getting stronger legs will help your game in general.
Finding one serve your opponent doesn't like can win you a match. That's why it's important to be able to serve with variation. When you playing an opponent try different variations of each serve and see what your opponent doesn't like.
