Strategy
Hi Coach, what tactics should I use against a Lefty attacking player. This guy topspins almost anything. He makes me look silly, and he uses all the corners of the table. He is also very accurate. He also topspins good serve returns. And being a left hander he is very awkward. I'm always in the wrong position when I play against him. Please help
Hi Sujeet,
Firstly before thinking about him being left handed, think about his personal abilities.
Is his forehand or backhand weaker? Then work at giving him more balls in that area.
In general a right hander might be able to block the ball wide to a left handers forehand corner from their backhand block. That can then expose their backhand side.
