What is the defects and advantages of defending style?

Hi Erfan,
At the very highest level it is difficult for the defender to be strong enough to return all of the powerful hits of the very best attackers.
Apart from that I think it is a very viable style to use.

As a defender you need to keep the ball low and deep, use variation of spin, speed, and placement, and attack occasionally.
