Hi Alois. I have a friend in my club who serves very fast backspin serves with heavy spin into my backhand And his serves are fairly long I haven't a strong backhand. how can I deal with that serve to get the chance to get the point? And could you please give me some tips to improve my backhand in the shortest time?

Hi Ali,

The best thing is to think about improving the Backhand Topspin Off Backspin as we show yo in this lesson.

The best way to improve this in the shortest time is to do as many of these strokes as possible.  You can do this with Multiball.

Forehand Topspin Variations

A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
