Happy new year
i as playing wid a adidas racket at first bt suddenly it's rubber weared out then I shifted to a butterfly racket bt nw I cannot play ny forehand strokes every time I try they go out of the table pls help.
Hi Atharva,
The new racket may be faster. Try to play slowly to start with for the first few sessions. Just get a lot of balls on the table slowly. Aim to get 100 balls first and then progress from there. This will get you used to the speed of the new racket.
Happy New Year to you.
There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!

I agree the regime pointed out by the coach....additionally check if theres a significant difference in weight of the two bats.....coz after a GKI heavy bat i shifted to a Joola Mistral and i found it too light for my taste, but ill get used to it.Also check if you have transitioned into a different handle shape...which may be an issue but its unlikely as most racquets from Adidas and Butterfly are with flared handles.Hope this helps.
