Ok so here we go again sir. Seems I lost my forehand form again i don't know why.  Does muscle memory have something to do with it?  How do I get my form back?  Seems I'm having trouble with the ready position.  Will you explain to me the ready position for forehand topspin.  Thanks a lot PIngskills!YOU ROCK!!!! :)

Hi Jake,

The muscles don't forget so quickly.  It is more likely to be interference from the brain doing too much thinking.  Try to slow your mind down and let your muscles do their thing.

Take a look again at the lesson on the Forehand Counterhit to check on the start position.
