Is the fast low topspin better than the heavy low top spin or is it the other way around thnks

You need to use both to be effective. Each one may be more effective against different players and also at different times in a game against the same player.
If you can work on getting a lot of spin on the low topspin then you will probably be able to generate less spin as well.
If you can master the low heavy topspin you are well on the way to improving your game.
There are 3 basic areas to focus on when learning a stroke: 1) The position of your feet. 2) The starting position of your bat. 3) The finishing position of your bat. Of all these 3 elements the finish position is the most critical. Watch this video to find out why.
