Take a look at our lesson on the Advanced Forehand Topspin if you can. Even if you can sign up to the Premium membership for a month you will be bale to watch it fully and download the lesson to keep.

We talk about the use of the legs and the waist as well as the wrist to add speed and spin to the stroke. This is something Ma Long does so well. It is the summation of all of these forces that gives him such a great forehand.

Why is advanced forehand topspin premium and backhand advanced topspin not?
