Hello coach,I am just seeing your videos and improving very fast,thanks!!. I wanted to know the techniques of ma long forehand, which is incredibly strong?

Hi,

He has the same basics as most players but he does them very well due to the incredible number of hours he has trained.

Take a look at the tutorials on the Forehand Topspin Against Block and the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin and the Advanced Forehand Topspin. He does all of this very well. He can then do it very fast because he is shining his arm through fast and using his whole bode efficiently through the stroke.
