I have been playing good knocking. When it comes to match i play worse.. Forehand topspin off push goes to the net. Simple backhand ball go out of the table. Serve return and many more.. How do i improve?

The main thing to remember is that when you play in a match focus on playing well rather than the result.
In a match you will feel a bit more tension. You can also develop some relaxation techniques to use in the match.
