Maximum spin on the forehand

I would like to know how to get maximum spin on my forehand topspin. So can you Tell me please:

how to Hold it (soft or hard)

how Big the wrist movement should be

and all this similair to Timo Bolls start and finish position? jeff can you receive this question? I very hope that I didnt bother you, Lukas.

Hi Lukas,

Keep your hand relaxed.  This will allow the wrist to move through its full range of movement.  You don't need to force the wrist through just let it come through with the swing.
