Hi Sandesh,

I always say motivation comes from within.

Rethink about the reasons you loved playing the game.  For me some of them are the challenge it gives you to improve skills.  It is good exercise.  The game involves all aspects of control in body and mind and it is an enjoyable game to play.  You see it in the delight of people when they get the opportunity to play socially at a party.  See if you can find that joy again of playing the game and then see if you have the motivation to work on improving yourself.

We are often cut down by losses but there will always be those.  Even the best players in the world have them and sometimes feel down about their abilities.
